Bylaw addition/change:
Budgets
The proposed annual operating budget and the capital expenditure budget will be presented to the members for their approval at the AGM.
Any unbudgetted expenditures in excess of fifty thousand dollars ($50,000.00) will require membership approval at a Special Membership Meeting.
Board of Directors
Delete:
“The Past President of the Club, the Tennis Director and the President of the Ladies Auxiliary shall be Directors with up to twelve to be elected…”
Insert:
“The Past President of the Club, the Rogues Chairman, the Tennis Director and the President of the Ladies Executive shall be Directors with up to eleven to be elected….”
Notice
