Exercise Class

An exercise class of low-impact aerobics, stretch and strength to improve circulation, flexibility, and bone density.  They will be 1 hour long beginning at 10:30 on March 1st. in the Fireside Room and will continue at that time on Tuesday and Friday mornings thereafter.
Attendance is capped at 26 persons for exercise there.  Vaccination certificates must be shown to join.  No cost.  Males and females welcome.  All you need is a band, a mat, and a set of light weights. We’ll have fun!
