Tennis & Pickleball
Welcome to the 2022 Court Season at Roseland
We look forward to getting our court season started soon. There will be a slight delay this year with the installation of our new court lighting system. This project is slated to start on Monday, April 11th and should be completed within a week.
See below for many of the programs, clinics and drop-ins that we will have this summer. Some of the program notifications will be sent out on separate flash emails and on social media. There will be special clinics planned for New Members and Beginners in both tennis and pickle ball.
Club Tennis championships are scheduled to start on Sept. 10th, 2022. The Club Pickleball Round-robin tournament is scheduled on Sunday, September 25th,. 2022.
The Tennis Committee would love to hear from you! Please email tennis@roselandclub.org to share your feedback, questions or ideas.
Enjoy your summer on the courts at Roseland.

Monday Night Ladies
Tuesday Morning Ladies Drop-In
Level 3.0 and above
Ladies tennis will run from 9am -11am on all three courts as needed every Tuesday beginning when the club opens in May.
There is a change this year. You will need to register WEEKLY for your game using the club sports registration system. There will be room for up to 12 players each morning.
If your registration is accepted, you will be assigned a partner and a court on which to start your games. This will be ready when you come to the club in the morning. Play will be timed with changes after 25 minutes which will allow for lots of variety in partners and courts. This format will allow for quicker play with less interruptions.
Thursday Night Men’s Drop In
After high demand, RPCC Men’s Thursday Night Tennis is back for 2022!
Last year we saw a huge jump in Men’s Night participation. We are expecting the same draw this year, with hopefully some new additions. If you’re new to the club and enjoy hanging with some like-minded men for some tennis and post beverage/world problem solving stuff – come on out.
We play from 7pm to 1am, I mean 7 pm to 11 pm. Arrive and leave at will. We will send out an email the day of to get a feel on the numbers. We play doubles, rotating partners every 30 minutes. We do keep track of the scores to determine the end of season winner.
The winner gets nothing, and I can’t remember who won last year.
Hope to see everyone out again this year, along with some new faces.
Mixed Doubles Drop In

Pickleball
Weekly Drop-In Schedule
TUESDAY 7:00 PM – 9;00 PM
THURSDAY 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM
SUNDAY 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM
What is this game with the funny name “Pickleball”? It is one of the fastest growing sports in North America. Relatively new at RPCC it has also become very popular here. Members are enjoying the 4 new Pickleball courts at either our drop-in sessions or using the booking system for private games.
A good way to start is to attend a drop-in session where seasoned players are happy to help you with the basics.
We also have a certified professional coach who will give private or group lessons.
It’s fun, it’s social and a great way to be outdoors meeting people and making new friendships.
Come join us as others have done and grown to love this sport with the funny name, and that’s another story!
Please contact tennis@roselandclub.org if you have any questions.
